Dinner Club – Papaya, Halloumi and Watercress Salad

This week for Dinner Club, since it’s still super hot outside, we went for a light dinner with tropical tastes, because – when in Rome.

Hemsley and Hemsley have a fantastic cook book, and are regular contributors to Vogue. We used this recipe exactly as Vogue printed it – because I didn’t make any additions or changes I won’t put the recipe here.

To begin with I was dubious about putting papaya with a lot of raw onion but I was wrong – very very wrong.
